What actually happens when you get in touch

It's a process, not a sales call. Here's exactly what to expect.

Step 1

You book — we reach out on WhatsApp

As soon as you submit the form, Lewis will personally reach out on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours. No automated emails. No holding queue.

Step 2

You complete a short assessment

Lewis will send a brief executive function assessment — one version for you, one for your child. It takes about 10 minutes each and covers organisation, time management, task initiation, focus, and emotional regulation. This is the diagnostic that makes the consultation useful rather than generic.

Step 3

You have a 30-minute call to discuss the results

On the call — Zoom, Google Meet, or phone, whichever suits you — Lewis walks through what the assessment shows. Where the specific gaps are. What's driving the behaviour you're seeing at home. And whether executive function coaching is the right next step for your child.

Step 4

You leave with clarity — whatever you decide

There's no pressure to commit on the call. The goal is for you to finish the conversation knowing exactly what's going on with your child and what the options are. Some families start coaching straight away. Others take time to think. Either is completely fine.

The assessment results are yours to keep regardless of what you decide next.

What Dubai parents say after their first call:

"Lewis explained she didn't need more content help — she needed executive function support. Within a month she was more independent and more confident. This is what we should have done first."
— Leon Smith, Dubai parent
"In just 4 sessions, Lewis taught our son practical strategies to manage exam stress and break subjects into manageable chunks. His grades improved and he no longer dreads exams."
— Jessica Eakins, Dubai parent

What to expect from your free consultation

What actually happens in the 30 minutes

Before we speak, I'll send you a short assessment to fill in; this gives me real insight into where your teenager is currently struggling so the call isn't spent gathering basic information. On the call itself, we'll go through what the assessment reveals, I'll explain exactly what executive function coaching involves and how it would work for your child, and you'll get a clear picture of whether it's the right next step.

Does my child need to be on the call?

No. This first call is just for you if you'd prefer. Most parents find it easier to speak openly without their teenager listening and I get a much clearer picture of the home dynamic, school situation, and what you've already tried. If we decide to move forward, I'll meet your teenager separately at the start of the coaching relationship.

What happens after the call

If coaching is a fit, I'll send you a short summary of what we discussed and a clear proposal for next steps. If it isn't, I'll tell you that honestly and point you towards what would help; whether that's a tutor, a clinician, or a different kind of support. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls, no automated email sequences. One call, one honest conversation, one clear answer.
