Frequently asked questions
Who is this assessment for?
It's for parents of students aged 11 to 18. You answer 24 short questions about how often everyday executive function habits show up for your child, such as starting homework, planning ahead and managing frustration.
How long does it take?
About five minutes. You'll see a short summary on screen straight away, before you're asked for any details.
What are the five skill areas?
Task initiation, organisation and time, emotional regulation, focus and attention, and self-management. Together they cover most of what schools expect students to manage on their own.
Is this a diagnostic test?
No. This is a quick check of everyday habits, not a diagnostic test. It can't identify ADHD or any other condition. If you're concerned about ADHD, an educational psychologist or paediatrician is the right starting point.
