What we collect

Enquiry and consultation forms collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, your child's age and the concern you choose to describe. The Free Executive Function Assessment collects answers, optional written responses and an optional child's first name. If you request a report, we also collect your name, email and your child's year group. Newsletter and toolkit forms collect your name and email.

We also receive technical information needed to operate the website, such as page visits, device and browser information. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand website use. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, arrange consultations, provide coaching, generate and email assessment reports, follow up on support you requested, and send subscribed newsletters or toolkits. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

The assessment is a non-diagnostic check of everyday habits. Where you arrive through an approved partner's link, the report form names that partner and explains that submitting will also share your results with them. We do not share assessment reports with partners without the consent indicated on that form.

Storage and retention

We retain enquiry and assessment information only for as long as needed to respond, deliver requested services and follow up, or meet legal, accounting and safeguarding obligations. Newsletter information is retained while you remain subscribed; an unsubscribe record may be kept to respect your choice. We review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. You may ask us about the retention of your own records.

Service providers and sharing

We use Lovable for website hosting and managed cloud storage, Resend for transactional and newsletter email delivery, Google Analytics for website analytics, and WhatsApp for enquiry communication. When agreed with you, video consultations and coaching may use Zoom or Google Meet. These providers process the information needed for their services and may operate outside the UAE, under their own applicable privacy and security terms.

We never sell your personal information. We restrict access to people and service providers who need it for the purposes above. We may disclose information where legally required or where necessary to protect a student's safety.

Your choices and deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask a privacy question, email contact@executiveskillsdubai.com. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting records. Where a legal or safeguarding obligation requires retention, we will explain that limitation.
